As an Account Manager you must be proactive and passionate about company services and the clients they serve. You will act as a point of contact for your clients and build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with your contacts, always striving to find the services which best fit the individual needs of the client.
You will also aid internal departments by collecting information such as leads or testimonials, assist in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identify industry trends.
To succeed in this position, you should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients. Your attention to detail is critical in ensuring the success of your clients..
Account Manager Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain service value.
Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about client behavior.
Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes (invoices and others).
Maintaining updated knowledge of company services.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Identifying industry trends and keeping up to date with Qatari regulations.
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the service experience.
Maintaining a high level of client satisfation in order to prevent account loss.
Meeting performance metrics as communicated by the company.
Maintain confidentiality on all work-related topics.
